Small Group Personal Training
If you’d like to exercise with a group of friends or maybe your partner, small group PT is for you.
Small group PT can cover any aspect of fitness, exercise and nutrition that I cover in a 1 to 1 personal training appointment, but you can have the added benefit of the companionship of your training partner(s). Maybe your training partner(s) have a specific fitness goal such as losing weight after a baby or completing a 10k run. Training with small groups in this way can help motivate and inspire, and can even breed a little friendly competitiveness that can push you on even further.
