What is Personal Training? The key element of all Personal Training is in it’s individuality to you and your specific requirements. Personal Training can involve many different types of training and techniques but is always designed to meet the exact requirements of you, the client. A Personal Training programme will take into consideration:
  • your current level of fitness
  • any health related issues you may have
  • your personal health and fitness goals
  • your family and work commitments
  • (and just as importantly) which areas of health and fitness you enjoy the most
