REPs Under Development                Exercise For All You don’t have to be a “fitness fanatic” to benefit from personal training. In fact, from my experience, the majority of people that want to use a personal training service are anything but elite athletes. Everyone has there own special requirements from a personal trainer, and just because you may have a medical condition, be over weight or elderly, it doesn’t mean that I can’t help you - quite the opposite. I am fully qualified to train many different clients who are sometimes termed as special populations. Special – because as a personal trainer I need to pay special attention to a particular condition that the client may have or category that the client may fall into. Some examples of the conditions and categories are: I am committed to helping everyone who wants to become fitter and healthier no matter what their current state of health and fitness is.
